Bilateral schizencephaly is present. There are cleft like structures that are extending from the cortical
margins of the superior parietal regions to the lateral ventricles bilaterally. They have CSF fluid signal. It
appears to represent an open-lip type cleft.
The clefts are lined by grey matter.
